Zenseana Resort & Spa - Sha Plus Patong, Patong

My stay at the resort was quite pleasant overall. I really enjoyed the upstairs pool, which I specifically requested and it did not disappoint. However, I noticed some hair left around the room, which was off-putting. The location is decent, with Patong beach and a convenience store within walking distance, making it convenient for quick outings. The pricing felt fair, but I did expect a bit more from the cleanliness.

The rooms were comfortable, although I encountered a few hiccups with the service, particularly regarding the air conditioning and the security deposit.
